They are able to comply with all of the regulations, their staff are C.R.B checked and proof is always provided upon request. Their staff work well with our residents and are of a good working standard. If I were to recommend them I would say they are friendly, efficient, reliable, and they give me a Christmas present every year :)

ECS have been very efficient with my staffing needs. Their staff are all trained to a high standard and all have CRB checks. When we do have a new member of staff they always send me a profile of the person so I know exactly who to expect. We use ECS because of the value for money compared to the quality of the staff, and the promptness of the response we get from them. They are fully compliant with regulations as well. I would say they are efficient, reliable because of the staff transport they provide for all of their staff, provide a high level of continuity of care, and have a personal relationship with us, and visit us when they are in the area.

Elite Care Services (Southern) Ltd are always able to fill my posts with notice or at the last minute. They have a good understanding of knowledge of the need of the home, and provide continuity which is very important. I like the fact that they are a family run business who i have got to know on a personal level and they are not a big organisation.

Dear Carol,
Just a note to confirm we will be selling the home on 28th February and closing it down.
I would like to take this oppertunity to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all you have done for us. As you know, like many homes, we have found it very difficult to find staff but you have always been there, able to fill our vacancies. We have tried to give you some notice, but when this has not been possible, you have always provided cover even on the day of our request, and even at short notice over the christmas period. This is quite outstanding service and makes an ideal agency.
We have found the staff you provide to have sufficient caring skills and generally have enough common sense to be able to pick up our routine straight away with minimal input from us.
Many thanks again for keeping us sane and I wish you every success for the future.
